Electrical Engineering and Computer
Science from the Johns Hopkins

1991) from Boston University School
of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr.
O'Malley was a patent attorney with
Burns, Doane, Swecker and Mathis LLP
in Redwood City and Majestic,
Parsons, Seibert and Hsue LLP in San
Francisco. Mr. O'Malley is a former
software engineer at Westinghouse
Electric Corporation, Aerospace
Software Division.
