Overview
Mr.
O'Malley counsels
clients in the technical fields of computer
software, including operating systems, network
management software, networking protocols, and
databases; Internet and electronic commerce
systems; computer networks; reconfigurable logic
and computing; embedded systems; integrated
circuits; digital communications; digital signal
processing; wireless communication devices and
networks; semiconductor processing; and optical
technologies, including lasers and optical
networks.
Prior
to joining the firm, Mr. O'Malley was a patent
attorney with Burns, Doane, Swecker and Mathis
LLP (Redwood City), and Majestic, Parsons,
Seibert and Hsue LLP (San Francisco). Mr.
O'Malley is a former software engineer at
Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Aerospace
Software Division.
