THOMAS PLUNKETT counsels clients in the technical fields of software technologies.

Education

Mr. Plunkett holds an M.S. in Computer Science (1998) from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, and a B.A. in Government (1990) from George Mason University.  He also holds a J.D. (1994) from George Mason University School of Law.

Legal Affiliations

Mr. Plunkett is a member of the State Bar of Virginia (1994) and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (2005).

Prior Experience

Mr. Plunkett has worked with Java and related software technologies since 1996. He has taught classes for Virginia Tech's Computer Science department. During law school, he interned for Judge David Sentelle of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
