Our associates directly interface with clients, ranging from small Silicon Valley start-ups to internationally known market leaders. The majority of our clients are involved with high-tech electronics and software, medical and surgical devices, biotechnology and chemistry, allowing us the opportunity to advise our clients on cutting-edge technology and legal issues focusing on all aspects of intellectual property strategy, including patents, trademarks, licensing, trade secrets, copyrights, and litigation.

Candidates should have solid technical backgrounds, and at least two to three years of patent prosecution or litigation experience.
