Education

Mr. Liu holds a B.S. in Modern Mechanics (1992) from the University of Science & Technology of China, and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering (1996) from Stanford University. He also holds a J.D. (2006), from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Legal Affiliations

Mr. Liu is a member of the State Bar of California (2008), and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Liu worked at Schlumberger Technology Corporation, a multinational energy service company in Texas.
